Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations and lead the growth of the company. The position will work closely with executive leadership and handle corporate marketing communications.
Requirements:
- Fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience leading and managing large teams
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the vision and brand
- Ability to support a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment rich in the integrity of food and service
- Strong leadership skills that engage, inspire and empower team members
- Train new and existing teams on the service model, menu execution, systems and program implementation
- Experienced in strategic forecasting, cost controls and other systems that support KPIs
- Experienced in the training and development of new and existing management
- Ability to report and analyze Store’s performance data
- Make operational improvements as-needed to meet financial goals
- Experience using Aloha POS system, MS Outlook and Excel
- Assist with corporate marketing, manage contracts and communication and coordinate closely with executive leadership
